- Inventory Management: Oversee in-house inventory, catalog parts, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Order Processing: Process incoming part requests, verify part numbers, and handle billing and invoicing through computerized systems.
- Procurement & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to source parts, track incoming shipments, and handle returns of damaged or obsolete items.
- Collaboration: Partner with service advisors and mechanics to identify specific parts needed for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Quality & Auditing: Conduct routine physical stock counts, ensure parts are safely stored, and manage warranty claims for defective components.
