Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the immigration team, including Immigration Advisors and support staff.
- Oversee the allocation of caseloads, ensuring efficient and timely processing of immigration applications.
- Conduct complex immigration consultations with clients to understand their needs, eligibility, and potential challenges.
- Offer strategic advice on visa options, compliance requirements, and potential legal issues.
- Oversee the preparation and review of immigration-related documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Address any issues or discrepancies in documentation and submissions.
- Manage the end-to-end process of visa applications, including submission, follow-up, and tracking.
- Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and consulates to facilitate the application process.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures. Ensure that all visa applications comply with current regulations and address any legal concerns.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with clients regarding the status of their visa applications.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide updates throughout the immigration process.
- Identify and address challenges or issues that may arise during the immigration process.
- Work with clients to develop solutions and mitigate potential obstacles.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, visa applications, and outcomes.
