Role Overview:
The Talent & Growth Executive (Legal & Corporate) will function as a key operational and workforce management pillar across all segments of the HA&Co. Group, including both Legal and Aegis verticals.
This is not a conventional HR role. The position is designed for individuals capable of executing high-responsibility operational, recruitment, coordination, and productivity management functions within a fast-growing legal and corporate ecosystem.
The role primarily focuses on:
- Talent acquisition & strategic hiring
- Workforce productivity monitoring
- Internal coordination & reporting systems
- Performance discipline & operational efficiency
- Staff management & organizational structuring

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Handling end-to-end recruitment processes across all divisions
- Managing job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Identifying skilled and growth-oriented candidates aligned with the firm’s standards
- Managing hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
Workforce Management & Productivity
- Monitoring staff productivity, responsiveness, and work discipline
- Assisting management in maintaining operational efficiency across teams
- Identifying employee performance gaps and coordinating corrective follow-ups
- Supporting internal reporting and workflow tracking systems
HR Operations & Internal Coordination
- Maintaining employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation
- Coordinating between departments for smooth operational functioning
- Assisting in maintaining internal discipline, reporting structure, and communication flow
- Supporting employee engagement and workplace coordination initiatives
Growth & Organizational Support
- Assisting leadership in workforce expansion and structural planning
- Supporting operational scaling initiatives of the firm in India and international markets
- Contributing towards building a high-performance organizational culture
