Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
- Conduct presentations and demos to potential clients to showcase the company's products or services.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring long-term relationships with customers.
2. Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas of growth.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to refine business strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach programs.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and service delivery.
4. Networking & Partnerships
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build connections.
- Develop strategic partnerships with businesses that align with the company’s growth plans.
- Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders and potential investors.
5. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track and report sales performance, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare business development reports and present findings to senior management.
Key Requirements1. Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
2. Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales strategies.
- Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Experience with sales analytics and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Experience in a IT industry.
- Knowledge of manufacturing domain.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-growing company.
