Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to support and deliver Ariba solutions across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle. The consultant will work closely with procurement, finance, and business teams to implement, enhance, and support SAP Ariba platforms, ensuring efficient and compliant procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support SAP Ariba modules including:
- Ariba Buying & Invoicing
- Ariba Sourcing
- Ariba Contracts
- Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system designs
- Configure workflows, approval rules, catalogs, sourcing events, contracts, and invoicing processes
- Manage SAP Ariba integrations with SAP ECC / S/4HANA using CIG
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis
- Conduct SIT and UAT, support cutover and go-live activities
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance (for senior roles)
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Support / Implementation / Enhancements)
- Good knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
- Experience with Ariba CIG integration
- Understanding of procurement, supplier management, and invoicing processes
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with S/4HANA integrations
- Exposure to catalog enablement and supplier onboarding
- Client-facing experience
- Project or team leadership experience (8+ years)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field
