Job Summary
Mico Poly Pack is looking for a
Microsoft Office Specialist with minimum 2 years of experience. The candidate should have good knowledge of data handling, Tally, and basic accounting. The role involves analyzing production, sales, and accounts-related data to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to production, sales, and operations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Maintain and update data in Excel and other systems
- Work with Tally for basic accounting entries and data verification
- Support accounts team with data analysis and reconciliation
- Identify errors, trends, and improvements from data
- Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts departments
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as Data Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of Tally
- Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (reports, formulas, data analysis)
- Ability to work with numbers and large data
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
