We are looking for a skilled Electrician / Multi Technician with experience in electrical systems, HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS, and HVAC (Air Conditioning) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HT/LT Panels, electrical distribution systems, DG Sets, UPS, and lighting systems.
- Installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of Split AC, Window AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, and AHU (Air Handling Units).
- Inspection and maintenance of ducting systems, ventilation equipment, thermostats, and HVAC controls.
- Attend electrical and HVAC breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC services and major repairs.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards.
- Carry out general facility maintenance as required.
Eligibility:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrician, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related trade.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and HVAC systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of HT/LT Panels, DG Sets, UPS, AHUs, Ductable ACs, Split ACs, and HVAC maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and carpentry will be an added advantage.
