This is not a traditional Customer Success or Account Management role.
As the Senior Enterprise Solutions Manager, you'll own everything that happens after an enterprise customer signs with our client. Your mission is to transform signed contracts into fully operational, measurable, and scalable campaigns.
You'll combine solution design, implementation, analytics, operations, and stakeholder management to ensure enterprise customers launch successfully and continue expanding their engagement with our client.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working across multiple teams, building scalable processes, and taking ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
Own the complete implementation journey from contract signing to successful campaign launch.
Configure enterprise customers within our client's platform.
Design customized campaign solutions based on client objectives.
Build proof-of-concepts, demo environments, and sandbox setups for enterprise clients.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical and operational solutions.
Create innovative workarounds when standard product capabilities don't meet customer needs.
Ensure smooth deployment across different enterprise use cases.
Ensure enterprise accounts remain active, healthy, and continuously expanding.
Identify risks proactively using campaign data and customer insights.
Drive customer adoption and long-term engagement.
Build and maintain customer-facing dashboards.
Analyze campaign performance, purchase intent, and customer engagement metrics.
Generate actionable insights for both internal teams and enterprise customers.
Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Procurement, and Founders.
Drive legal documentation, procurement approvals, compliance requirements, and operational readiness.
Ensure timely go-live for enterprise campaigns.
Capture recurring customer feedback and implementation challenges.
Work with the Product team to improve workflows, automation, and deployment capabilities.
Help build scalable systems that reduce implementation time for future customers.
4–7 years of experience in:
Solutions Engineering
Enterprise Implementation
Customer Onboarding
Technical Account Management
Enterprise Customer Success
Experience in B2B SaaS, Martech, AdTech, or Enterprise Technology companies.
Strong understanding of SQL.
Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
Ability to build dashboards and derive business insights from raw data.
Strong problem-solving and solutioning mindset.
Experience managing enterprise stakeholders across marketing, procurement, legal, and operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and taking complete ownership.
Exposure to FMCG, CPG, Brand Marketing, or Advertising Agencies.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, Python, JavaScript, or AI/LLM tools.
Experience working in high-growth startups or founder-led organizations.
