Job Summary
The Reservation Executive is responsible for handling customer booking requests, managing reservations, providing travel-related information, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Process bookings for hotels.
- Confirm reservations with customers and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking systems.
- Assist customers with itinerary changes, cancellations, and refunds as per company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers for booking confirmations.
- Provide customers with travel information, policies, and documentation requirements.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending bookings and payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience in reservations, travel operations, or customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel bookings.
- Familiarity with CRM and reservation management software.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
