Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the IT sector.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and networking activities to acquire potential clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, preferably dealing with corporate clients.
- Strong experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Excellent cold calling and prospecting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach to sales.
- Basic knowledge of the IT industry and technology services is preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
- Experience in selling services to IT companies or technology-related businesses will be an added advantage.
