Showroom Manager – Saree Showroom
Location: Hoshiarpur, Punjab
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of a saree showroom, lead the sales team, and ensure an excellent customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor stock, billing, and daily sales reports
- Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising
- Train and supervise staff
Eligibility
- Graduation (10+2+3)
- 1–5 years of experience in retail/showroom management
- Experience in saree, ethnic wear, textile, apparel, or fashion retail preferred
- Age: 18–34 years
- Language: Hindi
Required Skills
- Leadership and team management
- Retail sales and customer service
- Inventory and stock management
- Billing/POS knowledge
- Basic MS Excel proficiency
- Strong communication skills
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
Working Days
As per showroom operating hours (Weekly off as per company policy)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
