Patient Details: Elderly Female Patient (Age: 72)
Staff Required: Certified Staff Nurse (ANM/GNM)
Shift: 12 hour
Nurse's Scope of Duties:
- Vitals & Medicines: Monitor BP, Pulse, and Glucose regularly. Administer all oral medicines and IV drips on time.
- Full Bath & Cleanliness: Provide a proper full bath/assisted shower every day in the bathroom. Manage prompt diaper changes and strict hygiene to prevent UTI recurrence.
- Feeding & Mobility: Serve and feed the patient meals. Provide 100% physical support while walking or standing to strictly prevent falls.
- Cognitive Support: Speak very gently. Never argue if the patient is confused. Reassure her and calmly redirect her attention to safe, soothing activities.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
