Job Title: Production Supervisor (Handicraft)
Experience: 2–4 Years (Handicrafts export company)
Qualification: Diploma engineer (Electrical or Mechanical)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our handicraft manufacturing organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and meeting delivery timelines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily production activities in the handicraft unit
- On daily basis prepared report.
- Lead and guide workers to achieve production targets.
- Plan and schedule production as per order requirements.
- Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with the store department.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Ensure timely completion it.
- Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and quality standards on the production floor.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good planning and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Only candidate preferred from Greater Noida.
Salary-2,40,000-3,00,000 per annum
Job is located in Greater Noida
Candidate must be living nearby to commute easily to work.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
