Job Title: Safety Officer

About the Role:
Evolvere Facades Private Limited is seeking a vigilant and experienced Safety Officer to oversee site safety, enforce hazard prevention protocols, and ensure complete regulatory compliance across facade installation projects in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage site safety programs, hazard identification, and risk assessments specific to facade and high-rise elevation works.
Conduct daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and periodic safety audits for on-site crew.
Enforce working-at-height safety standards, including proper usage of PPE, scaffolding, cradles, and safety harnesses.
Investigate on-site incidents or near-misses, preparing accurate root-cause analysis reports.
Maintain complete compliance with local industrial safety regulations and project safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on safety experience.
Domain Expertise: Facade industry experience is strictly required (curtain walls, structural glazing, cladding, working at height).
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
