Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and QA processes across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Perform and oversee manual testing, API testing (Postman), regression, integration, and performance testing.
Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to identify risks early and ensure quality delivery.
Track, manage, and report defects using Jira and ensure proper closure before release.
Validate system performance, scalability, and reliability through load and performance testing.
Ensure release readiness and quality standards are met before deployment.
Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and testing methodologies.
