Job Title Site Supervisor
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, manage labor teams, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. The candidate should have strong site coordination skills and practical construction knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site work and labor activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings and instructions.
- Monitor worker performance and maintain discipline on-site.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Track material usage and report shortages.
- Ensure safety practices are followed at the site.
- Maintain site cleanliness and proper work progress.
- Assist in site measurements and quality checks.
- Report daily progress to the project manager/site engineer.
- Resolve minor site-related issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Experience in residential/commercial construction projects preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
