Position: Transformer Unit Head

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complete transformer unit operations and industrial electrical projects.
- Handle electrical design, project planning, and execution activities.
- Manage manpower planning, labor deployment, and operational coordination.
- Supervise transformer installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and shutdown work.
- Prepare project estimates, BOQ, costing, budgeting, and billing coordination.
- Implement cost control and cost-cutting strategies to improve project profitability.
- Handle procurement activities including vendor coordination, material planning, and purchase management.
- Ensure smooth project execution with proper safety and quality compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and management teams.
- Monitor project timelines, productivity, and resource utilization.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10–15 Years of experience in transformer projects and industrial electrical operations.
- Industrial Project Experience is Mandatory.
- Strong expertise in:
- Electrical Design
- Manpower Management
- Operations Handling
- Estimation & Costing
- Cost Cutting
- Project Execution
- Procurement & Vendor Management
- Knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformer testing, and industrial safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple industrial projects and teams.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Mandatory Requirement:
Candidate must bring along a team of at least 20 to 25 Electrical Workers/Labours for project execution work.
