Role Purpose:
The role involves acquiring Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers, driving deposit growth, and achieving sales targets through field-based activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new CASA customers through field sales, referrals, and open market sourcing
- Achieve monthly targets for account opening and deposit mobilization
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Cross-sell banking products such as credit cards, insurance, and loans
- Ensure proper KYC compliance and documentation
- Conduct regular field visits for lead generation and client meetings
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
- Experience: Freshers / Minimum 1 year in Banking Sales (CASA preferred)
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years
- Mandatory: Two-wheeler required for field sales

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
