Unicare Scientific Solutions is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales & Service Engineer to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for the sales, installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of laboratory and scientific equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell laboratory equipment, scientific instruments, and related products.
- Visit customers and understand their technical and product requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support.
- Install, commission, service, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Attend customer service calls and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Travel to customer locations for sales and service activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Language skills: English, Tamil, and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and service calls.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
