We are looking for an experienced Telecallers and Counselors .The candidate will be responsible for supervising visa counselors, ensuring high conversion rates, maintaining client satisfaction, and achieving company targets related to immigration and visa services.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily leads, counseling performance, and conversions Provide guidance to clients regarding study visas, tourist visas, PR, and work permits Ensure accurate documentation and application processing
Handle escalated client cases and resolve issues professionally Develop strategies to increase sales and client acquisition
Maintain regular reports and performance analysis
Coordinate with management for business growth and marketing strategies
Requirements Minimum 1+ years experience in immigration industry Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and counseling skills
Knowledge of Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Schengen visa processes T
arget-oriented and result-driven personality
Ability to handle multiple clients and team responsibilities Skills Required Team Leadership Immigration Counseling Sales & Conversion Management Client Relationship Management Documentation Knowledge
