Job Overview:
Our company is seeking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professionals for Channel Sales to drive the growth of our products in the assigned region. The sales professional will be responsible for managing and expanding our network of channel partners, including distributors, dealers and architects, to increase market penetration and revenue generation for our offerings.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in channel sales, a solid understanding of the relevant market and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.

Must Have:
- Education: MBA in Marketing & Sales. Medium of study throughout should be English only.
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in channel sales, preferably within the building materials industry.
- Presentable: Should be Presentable with a professional demeanor, maintaining a polished and approachable image.
- English Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage, influence and maintain clear dialogue with project clients, internal teams and stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric: Focused on understanding and addressing client needs to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze project specifications, market trends and performance data to drive sales decisions.
- Competitor Analysis: Skilled in monitoring competitor activity, market conditions, and pricing strategies to adjust project sales tactics and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Self-Motivated: Driven to meet sales targets and motivated to succeed in a competitive market.
- Problem Solver: Quick to identify challenges and offer practical solutions for project execution.
