Job Summary
We are looking for a details-oriented and commercially strong Billing Engineer with
Experience in HVAC projects. The candidate will be Responsible for client billing, quantity verification Subcontractor Billing , variation claims, project cost tracking, and coordination with Project teams to ensure timely revenue realization and Project Profitability.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HVAC projects involving ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation, and associated MEP works.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and submission of Client RA Bills and Final Bills as per project progress.
- Quantity verification and measurement of HVAC works including ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation, and testing & commissioning activities.
- Preparation of measurement sheets, billing abstracts, and supporting documents for client certification.
- Identification, preparation, and tracking of variation claims, extra items, and scope change orders.
- Verification and certification of subcontractor bills based on executed quantities and contractual terms.
- Coordination with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Clients, Consultants, and Commercial Teams for billing approvals and certifications.
- Monitoring project billing status, collections, and pending certifications.
- Preparation of project billing MIS, revenue reports, and reconciliation statements.
- Ensuring proper documentation and record maintenance related to billing, measurements, approvals, and project closeout.
- Support project teams in cost monitoring and commercial management activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC project billing and quantity surveying.
- Understanding of HVAC systems including Ducting, Chilled Water Piping, VRF Systems, AHUs, FCUs, and Ventilation Systems.
- Experience in Client Billing, RA Billing, and Final Billing.
- Knowledge of BOQ, Rate Analysis, Variation Claims, and Quantity Reconciliation.
- Strong commercial awareness and documentation skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- AutoCAD
- MS Excel (Advanced)
- MS Office
- ERP Software (Preferred)
Qualification
- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in HVAC/MEP Project Billing
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Commercial Buildings, Hospitals, Hotels, Industrial Projects, Data Centers, and High-Rise Buildings.
- Ability to independently handle project billing and client coordination.
- Strong understanding of project execution and commercial processes.
