About the role
We are a fast-growing Ed-tech company helping students and working professionals upskill through online courses. We're building our admissions sales team in Kozhikode and looking for driven, people-first counsellors who can guide prospective learners toward the right program — and close enrollments confidently.
What you'll do
Call and counsel incoming leads — understand their goals and recommend the right courseFollow up with prospects via WhatsApp, email, and phone to drive enrollmentMeet weekly and monthly admission targets consistentlyMaintain CRM records and update lead status accurately.
Who we're looking for
Strong communication in Malayalam & EnglishTarget-driven mindset.
Any Bachelor's degreeFreshers welcomeEd-tech / inside sales experience = advantage
