Role & responsibilities
Assisting in forming Prima Facie Opinions by analyzing the complaint, written statement, rejoinder, other papers on records and providing the drafts to the utmost satisfaction of the concerned authority in consonance with all relevant provisions of CA Act, Regulations and Rules.
- Incorporation of necessary changes in the draft.
- The candidate would be expected to complete the assigned task within the given timeframe.
Preferred candidate profile
- The candidate should possess sound knowledge of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and other applicable laws, viz Income Tax laws/GST, Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, Companies Act, etc. and
- Should possess excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills and should be able to prepare and finalize draft reports on the matters referred to Disciplinary Directorate.
Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
