Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop technical content for all forms of Website requirements like Blogs, Articles, e-Books, Newsletters, Landing & Web pages, Product descriptions, In-app contents, Ads content, Brochures, Flyers, Social Media posts, Commercial video scripts, Webinars, Case studies and more.
• Collaborate and Work ly with Marketing, Sales, Customer support, Training and Product Development Team to understand and deliver High quality contents as per requirement.
• Review & evaluate other content writers' content and ensure it adheres to our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
• Write content for multiple websites, products, platforms with multiple audience segmentations.
• Produce SEO optimized content using all forms of keywords for On-page website contents.
Requirements
• Proven work experience minimum 1-2 Year as a Technical Writer (Inside Saas setup is a plus)
• Any degree, preferably within English communication medium or Equivalent experience
• Very strong English written & verbal communication skill with a keen eye for details and a strong deep research skills
• Familiarity with keyword placement on good knowledge in SEO, SEM & SMO, and other Digital marketing concepts
• Strong Leadership skills to handle, lead and give feedbacks to the content writers team
• Self-motivated and self-directed person with ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
