Job Summary
GiftAbled Foundation is seeking a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to strengthen our online presence, increase brand awareness, and support beneficiary mobilization, fundraising, hiring, and program outreach through digital platforms. The role involves managing social media, executing digital marketing campaigns, handling paid advertisements, maintaining the website, and analyzing campaign performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Develop monthly social media content calendars.
- Design basic creatives, reels, and short videos.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Increase followers, reach, and engagement organically.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign budgets and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Website & SEO
- Update website content regularly.
- Optimize website pages for search engines (SEO).
- Improve website traffic and user experience.
- Coordinate with developers for website improvements when required.
Content Development
- Write engaging captions, blogs, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Create awareness campaigns related to disability inclusion and organizational programs.
- Develop email marketing campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign data.
Branding & Communications
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms.
- Support event promotions, recruitment campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and awareness drives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content collection and success stories.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in photography and videography during events.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Support other communication and marketing activities assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
- Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with NGOs or social impact organizations is preferred.
