Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable courses and training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms regarding courses and career paths
- Understand student requirements and suggest the right training programs
- Handle leads generated through marketing campaigns and follow up regularly
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 6 months –3 years of experience in counseling / sales / customer handling (EdTech preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
