Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in recruitment and strong client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and requirements.
Handle and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-ups with clients and candidates.
Requirements
2+ years of recruitment experience.
Strong client handling and communication skills.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
Consultancy/recruitment agency background is an added advantage.
Good sourcing, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
