We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Content Strategist & Social Media Lead to lead the social media direction for multiple brands. This role goes beyond day-to-day social media management and focuses on developing content strategies, planning campaigns, identifying growth opportunities, and overseeing the execution team to ensure brand objectives are achieved.
The ideal candidate should be able to create comprehensive content plans, guide Social Media Managers and Executives, analyze performance, and continuously optimize strategies to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead content and social media strategies for multiple brands across different industries.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based content plans aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee and guide Social Media Managers, Social Media Executives, and content teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Review content calendars, campaign plans, and content direction before implementation.
- Conduct audience, competitor, and market research to identify content opportunities and growth strategies.
- Work closely with creative, video, and performance marketing teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Develop content pillars, messaging frameworks, and brand positioning strategies.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
- Analyze content performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, content quality, and overall social media presence.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and generate innovative content ideas for clients and internal brands.
- Present content strategies, reports, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support influencer collaborations, campaign launches, and integrated marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in content strategy, social media strategy, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, social media growth, and audience behavior.
- Experience managing and mentoring social media teams.
- Ability to develop high-level content strategies rather than just execute content calendars.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and making strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Experience working with content creators, creative teams, and performance marketers.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
