Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to support our business development efforts through cold calling, prospect research, lead generation, and database building. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in speaking with business professionals, and the ability to identify and qualify potential opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential prospects and introduce company solutions.
- Build and maintain quality prospect databases using LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other online sources.
- Research and identify target companies, key decision-makers, and business contacts.
- Generate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and activities in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness in prospect databases.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong confidence in interacting with senior-level professionals.
- AI proficiency (e.g., ChatGPT)
- Experience in cold calling and appointment setting.
- Good internet research and database-building skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B sales, software, ERP, CRM, SaaS, or technology solutions.
