We are looking for a motivated Bidder to identify projects, submit proposals, and generate business opportunities through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant projects on freelance platforms.
- Prepare and submit winning proposals and bids.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project delivery.
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, and project status.
- Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
- Proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, digital marketing, web development, or graphic design.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary: As per company standards + Incentives.
Location: Rightouch Academy / Rightouch Edutech Private Limited.
Pay: ₹11,529.06 - ₹90,970.57 per month
