We’re looking for confident and ambitious Tele Sales Executives who enjoy speaking with people and closing deals.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact warm and cold leads via phone.
- Explain our AI Trading Bot and Fund Management services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested prospects until conversion.
- Schedule demos or consultations for qualified clients.
- Maintain customer records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
- Additional regional languages are a plus.
- 0–3 years of experience in telesales, financial services, or customer support.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in Forex, Stock Market, Crypto, or FinTech is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary
₹12,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
