Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to effectively implement the early childhood curriculum in the classroom. The teacher will facilitate activity-based, experiential, and child-centered learning while ensuring the holistic development of every child in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
Curriculum Implementation
- Implement the curriculum and daily lesson plans as per prescribed modules.
- Conduct hands-on learning activities using learning materials and teaching aids.
- Facilitate experiential learning through play-way and activity-based methods.
- Conduct Circle Time, phonics, numeracy, storytelling, rhymes, and life skills sessions effectively.
- Maintain classroom learning corners and activity stations appropriately.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Montessori, Kindergarten Training, or Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Prior preschool teaching experience preferred.
