We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the Solar Industry to expand our presence among Solar EPC companies, Solar Developers, Module Manufacturers, Tracker Companies, and Solar Structure Manufacturers across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in the Solar Industry segment.
- Identify and approach Solar EPC companies, Solar Developers, Module Manufacturers, and Structure Manufacturers for fastener requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with procurement teams, project managers, design teams, and key decision-makers.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
- Understand project requirements and recommend suitable fastening solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, dispatches, and customer support.
- Regularly visit customers across the region and represent the company professionally.
- Track upcoming solar projects and identify opportunities at early stages.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Solar Industry sales.
- Existing connections with Solar EPC companies, Solar Developers, Module Manufacturers, or Solar Structure Manufacturers.
- Knowledge of solar mounting structures and fasteners used in solar projects.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and business development.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in industrial products, steel products, structures, fasteners, or related engineering products will be preferred.
