- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Linux system architecture, including kernel, file systems, and process management.
- Experience in scripting and automation using shell scripts or other scripting languages to streamline system administration tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Familiarity with system security principles and best practices to maintain secure and stable environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
