We are looking for an experienced Marg ERP Operator / Billing Executive to join our team.You will not be doing standard data entry for clients. Instead, you will work closely with our software developers to show them exactly how Marg ERP works in daily business. Your real-world experience using the software will help us build a faster, easier system for shopkeepers and traders.Key Responsibilities
- Show Software Workflows: Sit with our software developers and demonstrate step-by-step how you use Marg ERP for daily tasks like billing, creating invoices, and generating reports.
- Explain Shortcut Keys: Explain the keyboard shortcuts and quick commands that operators use to do fast billing.
- Inventory & Batch Logic: Show how Marg handles batch numbers, expiry dates, and stock tracking (especially for pharma or retail).
- Test the New Software: Try out our new software prototype and tell us what features are missing compared to Marg ERP.
- Feedback: Point out the common errors, glitches, or annoying problems you face while using Marg ERP so we can fix them in our software.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working full-time on Marg ERP (in a pharmacy, retail shop, or wholesale distribution office).
- Complete understanding of Marg features: Sale/Purchase entry, GST billing, inventory management, and shortcuts.
- Good communication skills to explain software processes clearly to our technical team.
- Basic understanding of computers and open to working in a modern office setup.
