We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound leads for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying prospective buyers, understanding their requirements, scheduling site visits, and ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer relationship management, and a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities Lead Management
- Handle all incoming inquiries from digital campaigns, websites, social media, property portals, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in the company's projects.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and purchase timeline.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Customer Engagement
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and current offers to potential customers.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information regarding the projects.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
Site Visit Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Confirm appointments and ensure customers attend scheduled visits.
- Share project brochures, floor plans, and other marketing materials with customers.
CRM & Reporting
- Update daily lead status, follow-up activities, and customer feedback in the CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all assigned leads to maximize conversions.
Coordination
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer relationship teams.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign performance.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team for closure.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize follow-ups.
- Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
