Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Senior Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process, understand their career goals, and recommend suitable training programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, video meetings, and walk-ins.
- Understand candidates' career objectives and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle admission inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and student interactions.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets while ensuring an excellent student experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory); Hindi proficiency is also required.
- Strong counseling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Working knowledge of Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
- Ability to multitask, work in a target-driven environment, and maintain a professional attitude.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BBA, or any relevant discipline.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
