Job Description
• Determining the gaps between available and needed talent. Identify pipelines that are at risk. • Build the strategy for developing and acquiring the talent to fill those gaps and mitigate pipeline risks. • Build a comprehensive workforce plan and adopt a data-driven recruiting strategy to deliver on that plan. • Executing, monitoring, and refining pipeline strategies. Track Promotion and Turnover Rates. Set the measurements to benchmark success. • Build a framework for succession planning, taking into account internal and external trends. Identify opportunities of staff development, in addition to external acquisition. • Define the overall program curriculum. Identify additional upskilling & development opportunities in parallel with the existing framework of Genome and align with business objectives. Blend the existing L&D strategy to meet the unique needs of the program outcomes, keeping it frequently updated. • Use government relationships to build an incentivized program. • Lead knowledge design, implementation & support for the program across multiple delivery locations. • Robust communication strategy in place to support the rollout and continued engagement. Partner with CMO teams to build excitement for these programs. Identify conferences, industry associations, and social networks that match the critical role profiles. • Work in close collaboration with the hiring team, L&D team and Talent Match team. • Collaborate with the regional leadership team as it relates to business growth, strategy, and operational planning. • Ability to lead diverse teams & build connections across multiple locations & be able to assimilate & encourage cultural diversity. • Bring in external perspectives and evolving practices in developing future leaders of the company. • Progressive management and leadership of strategic projects and implementation teams. • Previous experience in a Shared Services environment, multicultural experience in diverse teams is an advantage • People Management & Executive presence • Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. • Measurable experience in leading and growing development programs. • Demonstrate working knowledge of lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement. • Analytical problem-solving skills with an outstanding attention to detail. • Solid and diverse knowledge and expertise on the field of activity, intellectual agility, focused on results
