Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in private, government, and institutional sectors.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Present and promote drone-based solutions to potential clients.
- Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with technical teams.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up on leads and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and drone industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B, B2G, or Institutional Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain their business value.
- Proficiency in English and local language(s).
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
