Hiring: Performance Marketing Analyst (Onsite)
Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra
Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST| Monday-Friday
Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite
We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst with experience in performance marketing analytics and campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing campaign data across digital platforms
- Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
- Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
- Support campaign reporting, funnel analysis, and performance tracking
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting consistency
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign analysis
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4)
Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, campaign analysis, or data analysis
- Experience working with digital marketing or performance campaigns is preferred
