Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-centric Customer Relationship Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Query Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly via email, phone, or chat.
- Client Onboarding: Assist new clients with a smooth onboarding process and guide them through our workflows.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are met seamlessly.
- Feedback Tracking: Gather client feedback and maintain accurate interaction records in tracking systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a Customer Relationship or Client Support role.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills along with a problem-solving mindset.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using standard email systems, collaboration tools, and software like MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
