About the Role
IIG Technology is looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Interns to support our student outreach and lead generation initiatives. The role involves conducting field visits within your native location, interacting with students and families, collecting relevant educational data, and generating qualified leads for our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy networking, communication, and field-based business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits in your native town/city/village.
- Collect and maintain accurate data of:
- Students from KG to Class 12
- Parents and families of school-going students
- Class 12 students (Science, Arts, and other streams)
- ANM and GNM Nursing students
- Engage with students, parents, schools, coaching centers, and local educational communities.
- Generate potential leads and share verified information with the IIG team.
- Maintain daily activity reports and data records.
- Support local outreach and awareness activities as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education- 10th to Graduate
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Comfortable with field visits and local networking.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Odia (Oriya).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Self-motivated and result-driven attitude.
Other Requirements
- Must be willing to work from their native location.
- Must have their own travel arrangements.
- Should possess a smartphone with internet access for reporting and communication.
- Knowledge of the local educational ecosystem will be an added advantage.
