Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and passionate GDA Trainer to provide classroom and practical training to students in the General Duty Assistant (GDA) program. The trainer will prepare trainees for employment in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and home healthcare settings through skill-based instruction and assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver theory and practical sessions as per the GDA curriculum.
- Demonstrate basic nursing procedures and patient care techniques.
- Conduct assessments, practical evaluations, and maintain trainee records.
- Guide and mentor students for skill development and placement readiness.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare, safety, and training standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
