§ Assist in preparing patients and family for discharge and home care management.
§ Assist during admission, discharge and transfer in and out procedures following hospitals protocols
§ Records & reports patients’ all medical and other relevant information accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms
§ Assist the staff nurse during total patient care including continuous monitoring of patients.
Assures quality of care by adhering to patient safety standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards and making/ recommending necessary changes
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
