Key Responsibilities:-
- Preparing conceptual architectural designs and layouts
- Coordinating with external architects, consultants and vendors
- Review design feasibility, materials, specifications
- Assisting in planning, approvals, BOQ understanding
- Ensuring design consistency as planned
- Review architectural drawings and specifications and coordinate with project team
- Attend project meetings and contribute to design discussions
- Work closely with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions
- Ensure design deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
- Enhancing design elements in ongoing project
Educational Qualification:- Diploma in Architecture / B.Arch
Experience :-
- Should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate company
- Preferable experience in residential projects – villas & high-rise apartments
