POSITION PURPOSE
To serve as the chief operational strategist and corporate leader for the VTrust Group, aligning multi-vertical operations—spanning healthcare, education, retail, and corporate functions—with the long-term vision of the Board. This role drives institutional growth, fiscal health, corporate governance, and operational synergies across all subsidiary entities.
EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Corporate Strategy & Governance: Translate Board directives into actionable enterprise-wide strategies, ensuring strict adherence to governance frameworks, compliance mandates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* P&L & Financial Stewardship: Maintain total accountability for the consolidated profit and loss, revenue streams, capital allocation, budgetary compliance, and cost optimization initiatives across all business units.
* Operational Excellence: Direct day-to-day corporate operations, establishing rigorous oversight mechanisms to bridge operational gaps, enhance productivity, and streamline cross-functional workflows.
* Vertical Leadership & Integration: Oversee executive heads of VTrust Eye Hospitals, VTrust Institutions, Corporate Services, and Retail Opticals, fostering high-performance collaboration between clinical, academic, and administrative divisions.
* Performance Management Architecture: Institutionalize enterprise-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs), conducting systematic Management Reviews (MRMs) to evaluate divisional output.
* Business Development & Expansion: Spearhead strategic growth initiatives, new-market penetration, infrastructure scaling, and corporate partnerships to expand the Group's market footprint.
* Stakeholder Experience & Organizational Culture: Elevate patient, student, and consumer experiences through rigorous quality assurance programs while building a culture of accountability, talent retention, and leadership development.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Education: MBA or Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or an equivalent executive credential.
* Experience Profile: Minimum 12 years of progressive executive leadership, with a strong preference for multi-branch and multi-vertical operational oversight within the healthcare and education sectors.
Pay: ₹40,389.72 - ₹97,897.45 per month
