- Multi-Unit Operations: Supervise day-to-day functions across all assigned restaurant outlets to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Financial Management: Monitor P&L statements, control operational costs, and establish annual financial budgets and revenue targets.
- Sales Growth: Oversee sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement local marketing or promotional campaigns to boost revenue.
- Team Leadership: Mentor individual store managers, lead recruitment strategies, and support staff training programs across the cluster.
- Quality & Compliance: Enforce health and safety codes, food quality standards, and company-wide operating procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 9 to 10+ years of food and beverage or hospitality management experience, with a proven track record in multi-unit operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong financial literacy (P&L tracking), exceptional leadership capabilities, and proficiency in POS and inventory software.
- Mobility: Flexibility to travel regularly between different branch locations within the assigned region.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹1,525,696.69 per month
