Marketing and Business Development Manager

Role Overview
Own growth across telecom VAS through operator partnerships, funnel control, and disciplined team execution.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage remote/ inHouse marketing and BD teams with clear targets, performance ownership and result outcomes
● Drive, discover, and explore operator and enterprise partnerships for revenue generation
● Own funnel performance from lead to revenue via active employees
● Maintain information and marketed content accuracy and enforce follow-ups and execution centric results.
● Track competitors and map operator requirements to evolve into future proof products and developments
● Feed BD insights into product and marketing decisions through active market-to-team feedback
● Identify and close high-value opportunities
Requirements
● Experience in telecom, VAS, or digital product marketing
● Strong understanding of revenue and analytical metrics around marketing
● Ability to manage remote/ inHouse teams with accountability
● Hands-on with CRM and pipeline management
● Strong negotiation and follow-up discipline
● Basic proficiency in French is a plus
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
