REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- 5+ years working experience as a Business Development Manager.
- Communicating client needs with Sales development managers and executives.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Proven sales track record.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Sales Skills:
- Responsible for Sales Targets.
- Strong presentation and closing skills.
- High level of energy with an outgoing personality.
Sales Operational Skills:
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiating contracts and pricing.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
